Dear George,
It has come to our companys attention that the recent insurance coverage claim made by an
employee in the case of the closing of the local pet store has been leaked out to the public. The
issue is underway of investigation by the police due to the claim that was made through our
company. Headlines from the local newspaper are reporting the claim with our insurances name
alongside it. As a result our company is now gaining a bad reputation due to your poor decision
to release one of our companys claims.
We regret to inform you that due to your decision to release the information of the insurance
claim we will no longer need your services as administrative assistant her at our company. You
have violated several codes of conduct by which our company abides by, the most important
being our client confidentiality agreement. Our company does not under any circumstance
condone this type of behavior. Our clients trust, protection, and privacy are what our services
strive to provide. We are a national insurance company that has a respected reputation to
maintain. We cannot risk these kinds of incidents to occur again with such careless behaviors
from our employees.
Although this has never been an issue with you before, it is an incident that our companys
administration cannot simply overlook. Please make the necessary arrangements to return any
company property.
We wish you the best in your future.
Respectfully,
Mirna Garcia
