Braxtons Bit:
An Ode to Zeyad

Zeyad, you are the reason I work hard,

Leader by example with your lovely unibrow.
Zeyad is ripped with no piece of lard,
Your speed and agility makes me look like a cow.
Zeyads the man, he never throws a fit,
Through the rough times and fun times, you always need the med kit.
Lunch this week:
Tuesday: Simply mac n' cheese or bacon mac n' cheese with a vegetable medley
Wednesday: Penne pasta with roasted red pepper sauce, lemon pepper green beans
Thursday: SERVICE with a side of SERVICE and fresh-squeezed SERVICE
Friday: Aaaaaaand no school.

Service day is this Thursday so be ready for that.
Lots of service opportunities for all yall.
Cottage Creek Elementary has a track meet on Tuesday, and they need
volunteers from 4:15-5:45. If youre interested, send Beth an email. She has
connections.
The last Avondale Park meal service opportunity is coming up this Wednesday
night from 5:00-7:30. Contact Beth!
Make sure to check the service bulletin board for tons of other fun service
opportunities before you email Beth! Theres stuff up there for the coming 3 weeks.

Thanks for making the carnival great. It was great, we had a whole rally going, nice
job. Kudos to Bob Bristol as well for refereeing about 43 Bubble Soccer games!

Classes/Clubs:
Outreach Club raised $1500 for Northwest Harvest from selling Jamba Juice, which
is enough money to feed at least 2279 families. Great job buying juice everybody.
All students with A Block free: you are invited to improv class during A block! Its
an open invitation for anyone with A Block free. See Haley Howard or anyone else in that
class for more info.

Congrats to Edward Carlson, Nick Waalkes, Justin Pong, and Vikrum Kher for winning the
film festival.
