Pancake Mix

Ingredients
Wheat flour,
Sugar,
Vegetable Oil,
Baking Powder (Sodium
Phyrophospate, Sodium
Bicarbonate),
Salt
How to prepare:
1) Mix 200 g Pancake mix with 150
cc water, and 50 g egg. Stir until
batter is thoroughly mixed.
2) Leave to rest for 10 minutes.
3) Fry the pancake by pouring 30ml
(approx. 1 soup ladle) of batter
onto heated frying pan.
4)
Fry about 3-4 minutes until
golden brown.
