To Whom It May Concern:

I highly recommend Elizabeth Walsh for any teaching position. It has been
my pleasure to have Ms. Walsh as a student teacher in my fifth grade
class for the last three months. Ms. Walshs enthusiasm and commitment
to teaching would make her an asset at any school.
Ms. Walsh carefully designs lessons to engage her students using Common
Core State Standards, as well as existing California State Content
Standards. She sets clear, measurable objectives for her students and
utilizes a variety of cooperative learning strategies to assure student
engagement during her instruction. She is also able to differentiate
instruction to accommodate various learning styles. In addition to her
thoughtful planning, Ms. Walsh has a natural intuition for tailoring her
instruction to meet her students needs. Ms. Walsh has proactively
created a number of interdisciplinary units of study in which she bridges
students content knowledge across disciplines by having them apply
their academic understanding of one domain in another.
Ms. Walshs calm demeanor and professionalism make her make her an
outstanding teaching partner and team member. I am confident that Ms.
Walsh would be an exceptional addition at any school. The students in
my classroom have greatly benefited from her teaching. Please do not
