This week students will be moving into

unit 3. Unit 3 is focuses on number
patterns; odd and even numbers;
patterns in the number lines and
number grids; and number sequences.

Science
Students will be learning all about
animal life cycles with Miss Motyka this

quarter.

Writing

This week students will be writing their rough

drafts for their descriptive paragraphs.

Guided
Reading
This
week, students
will be working in their
small reading groups. Students will also be
identifying major differences between books
that tell stories and books that give
information.

Science Fair Project

Just a friendly reminder! All primary students
will be required to complete an individual
science fair project this year. The project
must meet certain requirements in order for
students to receive full credit. The project
must be on a tri-fold board that is 36x 48.
Science bundles are available for $10.
