1. Animals breathe to stay alive.


2. Not all animals have the same breathing organs.
3. The table below show the breathing organs of certain animals.
Breathing organs
Lungs:

Most of the animals that live on land
use lungs to breathe.

Some of the animals that live in the
sea also use lungs to breathe.

abdomens.

water use gills to breathe.

Moist skins:

Oxygen can diffuse into the body through Frog and earthworm
moist skin.
Book lungs:
1. Animals with book lungs cannot breathe
in the air and their gills only breathe in
water.
