Short Term and Long Term Goals-Create Relationships with all staff
-Complete all mandated tasks
-Ensure all stakeholders have bought into the school culture;
-All staff members feel apart of the school family
September1. Talk to all returning teachers.
2. Get to know the school district and its people, as fully as possible in a brief period of time.
3. Teacher Evaluations
October1. Examine key issues in the school systems past, in order to make sense of how such issues
are handled and to identity the norms which effect how the organization may function in the
future.
2. Continuation of teacher evaluations.
November1. Learn about daily tasks, crisis, and problem solving.
2. To identity the tasks which need to be done and to rank them in order of priority.
3. To establish how these tasks should be accomplished.
December1. Gain a detailed understanding of all budgets.
2. Look st all deficits and surpluses.
3. Ensure all money budgeted out for the school year is placed in its appropriate place.
January1. Round 2 of teacher evaluations.
2. Continue all teacher staff meetings
February1. Begin planning and preparation for the following school year.
2. New teacher interviews.
3. Continue teacher evaluations.
March1. Meet with all teacher and compile goals from all educators.
April1. Begin walk throughs of all classes
2. speak with all teachers gaining an understanding what they would like to work on for next
school year
May1. Determine which teachers will be asked back
2. Determine which candidates will be hired as new staff for next year.
3. Create end of the school year checklist

June1. Preparation for school year ending


2. Complete end of the school checklist.
3. End of the school year evaluation
