The above factors meet the basic criteria for selecting math teachers. But we need to add a few
things to the terms of recruiting new teachers: Be punctual, have a balanced learning style that
does not lead to stress for students, and be like a friend. Firstly, Employers need to add to the job
description that teachers need to be punctual. Although this is simple, it will greatly contribute to
the student's learning process. Because making students wait will lose their interest in learning.
Except for some cases such as teachers being absent due to illness or unforeseen circumstances.
Teachers need to report to the school early so the school can make arrangements. The school
wants teachers to be in the best physical and mental condition to be able to impart knowledge
effectively. For example, there are teachers who are sick today, they think they will be fine
tomorrow so they will go to teach. Then that morning my illness got worse and I couldn't go to
teach. This will affect the school's reputation and the academic performance of students.
Secondly, Teachers should not assign too much homework to students at the same time because it
will lead to stress for students. Instead of assigning a lot of exercises, teachers need to
individually assess each student's ability and assign exercises appropriate to the student's true
ability. This way, students will be able to balance their studies and entertainment without putting
pressure on them to give up studying. Lastly, Teacher is a friend, not a teaching guy. When they
are friends, students will be able to freely share their wishes with the teacher. The teacher will
understand the students better and work with them to solve academic and family problems.
When students trust the teacher, they will try their best to complete the subject with the highest
score.
