Job Description:
Planning and executing predictive and preventive
maintenance schedules for
all boiler equipment to increase availability and
reduction of down time.
Procurement management
of spares and development of indigenous vendor
for critical applications.
Suggesting and implementing
modification for plant betterment, improvement in
efficiency, performance, heat rate etc.
Managing
workforce and service providers for efficient and
effective completion of planned shutdown jobs
successfully
under strict cost control environment.
Having good working knowledge of SAP PM,
WCM and MM module.

Generating maintenance reports, maintaining

equipment history, assessing vendor performance,
creating
material and work specification in line with the
technical requirement of the equipment.
