Acrylic Emulsion Based Economic Quality Emulsion

Paint meeting the protective & decorative needs of
the exterior surfaces of buildings. It is available in White
& Bases AE, BE, YE, RE. From Bases a wide range
of colours can be made through Insta Color Tinting System.

Usage

For Painting Exterior walls after proper surface preparation.

Sources of Damp & efflorescence must be plugged by
appropriate treatment before painting

Application

By Brush, and /or Roller

Surface Preparation

Surface is to be freed of loose particles & peeling paint.

Previous growth of algae, fungi or moss are to removed
if any, through wire brushing & cleaning with water. Any
surface imperfection is to be filled with cement plaster or
Jensolin white cement based putty only. After making the
surface clean, application of one coat J&N Water thinnable
Exterior Cement Primer or Dcor Exterior Emulsion is
advisable as a prime coat.

Thinning of paint

1:1 by volume with water as priming coat & 60- 65% by

volume for 2nd and 3rd coats.
