1. The former Executive Officer of Swayambhu Sri Varasiddi Vinayaka Swami
devasthanam, E.Srinivas Rao has harassed the employees of this Devasthanam,
Lease Holders, Ubhayadars, SC, ST & BC Community peoples.
2. He has collected an amount of Rs.1, 50, 00,000/-(Rupees one crore and fifty lakhs
only) from lease holders, shop keepers, contractors, suppliers and from the irregular
vouchers drawn during Bhahmostavams, 2011. He has demanded and collected
amounts from the all the corners. Apart from this, he was collecting monthly an
amount of Rs.10,00,000/-(Rupees Ten Lakhs only) from Archakas and other
resources on the reasons of to give share of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs only)
to the Honorable Minister, Endowments Department, Rs.1,00,000/-(Rupees One lakh
only) to the Honorable Principal Secretary, Endowments Department, A.P.,
Hyderabad Department, A.P., Hyderabad. The kanipakam people are scolding and
abusing these three people also along with E.O
3. He was harassed SC, ST & BC Community people and called them as Langa
Gallu, Bochu Gallu, Lavada Gallu, Lanjakodukulu. Some of the SC & ST
Community people tried to commit suicide to get away from his harassment.
4. He was collected amounts from lease holders for the finalization of Tender and for
the approval orders of the commissioner.
5. He was cheated Mr.Mohan Babu, who is the first lowest tenderer for the supply of
Laminated Photos to this Devasthanam. He was collected an amount of
Rs.1,00,000/- from the second lowest tenderer, Mr.Babu Naidu and submitted
proposals to the Commissioner in favour of Mr.Babu Naidu for the approval of tender.
6. He was purchased Blankets for the Accommodation wing without calling for the
tenders and collected an amount of Rs.3, 00,000/- from the supplier.
7. He was collected an amount of Rs.15, 00,000/- from the Suppliers of furniture to this
Devasthanam.
8. He was collected an amount of Rs.10, 00,000/- from Padmavathi agency to recall the
tenders in favour of them.
9. He was collected the increment arrears and pay fixation arrears from the employees
of this Devasthanam.
10. He was collected huge amounts from the suppliers of fruits and flowers.
