A) New Technics:
Single Knife Hand Block, Low Double Knife Hand, Palm Heel Strike
Rotated Front Stance
B) Balance:
Six Count Side Kick (chest level)
Six Count Round Kick (chest level)
C) Combinations:
1) Offensive front leg round kick, offensive front leg side kick, back
punch
2) Back leg round kick, reverse side kick, back punch
3) Back leg round kick, back leg round kick, back punch
4) Offensive front punch-back punch, back leg round kick, reverse
side kick, back ridge hand

D) Form:
Pal Gwe Yuk Jang
E) Breaking:
Defensive front leg side kick
F) Sparring:
Light hand techniques to the head are now allowed. You must
have the required safety equipment on in order to spar in class.
Safety is a must. There will be no exceptions.
