Auto Goods Issue

Scenario: Production order is released and operation 0010 is started. As soon as operation
0010 is confirmed, GI will happen automatically. GI is nothing but component consumption to a
production order which means stock of components at production input storage location will
deplete.
We will test this by 2 ways:
1. By defining backflush in the specific routing (so that it becomes routing specific)
2. By defining backflush at material master level (this will make it permanent)

Raw Material : Raw13

FG Material : Test1
Production order:
Test-1: By defining backflush in the specific routing (so that it becomes routing specific)
Backflush indicator is first set in the routing of Test1 material
Go to routing details of FG material Test1

Select the row and go to component allocation. Tick the backflushing indicator as shown:

We will first check stock of Raw13

MMBE

Create production order

In BOM of production order , you can see backflush indicator set

Now, we will confirm 0010 operation using CO11N

We will do a partial qty confirmation of 20. This should deplete Raw13 qty from 220 to 200
After saving confirmation without doing any manual Goods Movement, following message is
displayed:

Lets go to MMBE for Raw13 stock

Quantity has become: 200

Test-1: By defining backflush at material master level (this will make it permanent)
We will remove backflush indicator from routing of Test1 and go to MRP 2 view of material
master of Raw13

Chosen value Always Backflush

Now we create new production order for Test1

MMBE for existing stock of Raw13

Now we go to confirmation screen CO11N

We will do it for partial quantity of 2

Save it

MMBE
Please note that, quantity of Raw13 has not changed

{If we dont maintain backflush indicator in either of places then GI will not happen
automatically, in that case user has to go to Goods Movement screen in CO11N
transaction}
