Dear Ms. Alcantar,

In relation with my reservation for s single detached unit at Mountain View Homes last
July 2015. I regret to nform you that I will withdraw my reservation.
This is due to my employment contract will end on December 2015 and my wifes
monthly income wont suffice the qualifications for a Pag-ibig housing loan if we will
push through at Mountain View Homes.
Thus, we will withdrawour downpayment amounting P240,000.00 since the reservation
fee is non-refundable
