Bowling, bowling, bowling, my only alternative to sport. I love to bowl,


nobody can stop me from picking up a bowling ball. So let me to describe
how to play bowling.
There are three main things that need to bowl. You need a bowling ball, a
lane, and pins. The bowling balls typically hard spheres with 3 holes drilled
in them, one each for the ring and middle fingers and one for the thumb.
The weight of ball may vary from 6 pounds to 16 pounds. Then, there are
two different types of lanes that is synthetic lane or wood lane. The lane
commonly is 19.16 meters long from the foul line to head the pin and 41
inches wide. The pin are made of maple or wood, each pins stands 15
high, 4.75 wide with stand on spots in a 36 inch triangles and sits at the
back of lane
Bowling is easy to learn and to play. A bowling game consists of 10 frames
with two tries throws in each frame. The bowler just rolls or throws the
bowling ball with the right position towards the target with not out crossing
the foul line and attempt to knock down all the pins in two tries.
Scoring is very easy, just total up all the points that get in each frame at the
end of game. Each bowler rolls the bowling ball twice unless the bowler
scores a strike. A strike means when the bowler knocks down all 10 pins on
the first throw. A spare is when the bowler knocked down all the pins in 2
throws. If bowler fails to make a strike or spare only the pins knocked down
count. If bowler throws the ball in the gutter or missed the pins then it
scores no points.
Since the bowling is easy to play and dont needs too much equipment and
it also bring us some benefits apart from the psychosocial benefits or health
benefits. So let us play the bowling together. Just relax and go bowling.
