Who was the influencing artist and

why was/is their work inspiring?
My influencing artist is Rene Margrette. I found her work inspiring due
to how she was able to explicitly explain the habitats of an animal
and how the animal is familiar to two worlds. You could say it is sort
of like life science in a way.

What was similar about your work and

the artists work? What is different?
The similarities between my artwork and the artists artwork is that
they both show an animal with its natural habitats. The differences
between my work and the artists work is that they have different
animals and surroundings, as well as color choice and what was used
to make it.

Do you think this artist would have

liked your work? Why or why not?
I believe that the artist would approve of my work because of how
similar but unique it is to her painting. They also appear to have the
same meaning as well as that they include scenery associated with
the object, which in this case is the animal in the center.
