FC main tasks
1. Identify the essential requirements by reviewing each potential requirement; eliminate those items
that are requested but do not support project objectives, and identify any additional items that are
needed but havent yet been requested.
2. Rank and prioritize requirements, rating each requirement against established criteria that have
been defined, such as:

Business need and value

Preferences of affected groups

Items which expose risk to a successful completion of the project

Continue to gather details for high-level functional requirements.
