Previous Knowledge: Pupils knew the animals like the woodpecker
Moral values: We have to consider others when we have a party or a function at home

Teaching Learning Activities

1. Pupils guess riddles given by their teacher.

(5 minutes)

2. Teacher poses few more riddles to the pupils who are

picked randomly.
3. Each pupil that could get the answer the riddle will get
a reward.

1. Teacher shows a slide and asked the pupils what

animals that they see on the slide.

2. Pupils then shown a series of pictures for them to see.

1. Pupils are given the word woodpecker to build as many

words as they can build.

Pupils enjoyed the lesson. There are 25/30 of them able to recite the poem expressively. They
enjoy listening to their teacher reciting the poem. Most of the pupils participated in the activities.
