FYP Evaluator Guidelines

Please read the following carefully:

Evaluators from the industry will have to appraise the following:
Abstract The students project research work summary.
Poster Student has prepared a poster giving the gist of the research, they will brief
it in a four minutes, while you inspect the posters, there are 10 marks are allocated
for this component.
Oral Presentation An oral presentation will cover comprehensive overview of their
respective projects in 10-15 minutes in separate class rooms, there are 10 marks are
allocated for this component.

Industry Guest Arrival
Project Poster Exhibition Commence
Namaz Break (Maghreb)
Award of Certificates to Best Poster
Presentation Sessions (Class rooms)
Award of Certificates to Best Presenters in Class rooms
Dinner for Guests/Evaluators, Faculty & Staf
