Meeting Minutes
October 19, 2015
Called to order by: Dave Colombo, the regular meeting of the
Fallbrooke Farm Home Owners Association at 7:00pm on
Monday, October 19, 2015 at 20287 Paddock Ct., Macomb, MI
48042.
Roll call:
Melissa Hawkins conducted a roll call. The following persons
were present: Dave Colombo, Clyde Costa and Melissa Hawkins,
Joe Wenzloff.
Approval of minutes from last meeting:
Melissa Hawkins read the minutes from the last meeting. The
minutes were approved as read.
Update Issues: Make sure we reply to all for HOA approvals
Updated Issues: Installment payments for annual HOA fees,
against the by-laws.
Updated Issues: Pump station panel $2200, needs to be
replaced. Approval by all members present.
Updated Issues: Letter dated 10-7-15 said you (Dan) needed
approval for pump1 repair for $7550. Repair was approved by
all members of the board at the 9-21-15 meeting with you in
attendance.
New Business: Need to check Christmas lights to see what
works.
Choose a date to hang, Nov. 1,7,8. Ask for volunteers. ASAP
New Business: Snow Removal KMK approved
