CAPACITY QUOTA OF PHOTOVOLTAIC SOLAR POWER PLANT 5 MW

On this day, Friday Twenty-seven months of December Two Thousand
Thirteen, We are 10th committee of General Directorate of Renewable Energy
and Energy Conservation for Capacity Quota Auction located in General
Directorate of Renewable Energy and Energy Conservation Building, Jl. East
Pegangsaan No. 1A Cikini Jakarta, has implemented the Bid Evaluation II on
the cover of the Offer Price, for development work on Grid-connected Solar
Power Plant by 5 MW in Kupang district of East Nusa Tenggara province, with
the following results:
A. General
1. Participants who pass the evaluation of 1st cover and can continue to
2nd cover opening are as follows:
a. PT. Indo Utama Solutions
b. PT LEN Industri (Persero)
2. Implementation of 2nd cover evaluation was conducted on December
24 to 26, 2013.
3. 2nd cover contains documents bid
B. Evaluation of Price
1. The evaluation price is the price that is used to rank the winner of the
auction. Price evaluation is not used as the contract price. Prices used
in the contract is the bid price of the auction participants.
2. The bid price is divided into 2 groups:
- The price for solar modules without TKDU / Local component
- The price for solar modules with TKDU / Local component
3. Formula Evaluation price for solar modules without TKDU is as follows:
Evaluation price = Bid price - 0 (zero)
4. Formula Evaluation price for solar modules with TKDU is as follows:
Evaluation price = Bid price - 5 cents US $ / kWh

1. Based on price evaluation above, so that it can be arranged a Quota
auction winner rank for Solar Power Capacity on a 5 MW Development in
