We have just finished our unit on classifying animals and their characteristics. For
your final assessment, you will be completing an online scavenger hunt! You will
choose from the animals below and research characteristics of the type of animal
and its environment. You will create an animal newsletter on Microsoft Word that
includes the information you find. Here are the guidelines for your newsletter:
o Include a creative title
o Include at least 3 characteristics of each animal
o Include where the animal lives
o Additional information you feel the need to include from the provided
websites
o Be colorful
o Be creative
o Use your imagination
