A sentence fragment is a series of words that looks like a sentence, but is

missing at least one important part. A complete sentence must have a subject
and predicate and express a complete thought.
Examples:
David, the best artist in school.
Forgot to bring a pencil.
The first fragment contains only a subject. It describes David as being the best
artist in school, but say anything about what happened. The second fragment
contains only a predicate (the verb forgot). It doesnt tell who did the forgetting.
We can combine the subject and predicate into a complete sentence like this.
David, the best artist in school, forgot to bring a pencil.

Write yes if the sentence is complete, or no if it is not.
