The 112 state universities and colleges will receive P21.1 billion

Anti-Violence Against Womenand Their Children Act of 2004
An act defining violence against women and their children, providing for
protective measures for victims, prescribing penalties therefore, and for other

is a dangerously anti-life, anti-family and anti-woman piece of legislation that tramples fundamental
human rights.  It is a radical departure from existing Filipino policies which protect the traditional
family values of the Filipino people.
Protect our school children from sexual abuse and exploitation while in school and even their
homes
Teach them about the forms of molestation
How to avoid them and what to do when they find themselves in such situations
Train more than 400,000 public school teachers on teaching PSL in 1-2 years.
