OBJECTIVE
Start my new career in Technology, and learn from all those around me to become the best at what I am
tasked to do, and to improve the efficiency of what I do by using the knowledge I gain.
I have worked in customer service since 2011 in sales, service, and face to face/ phone, as a Sales Rep.
Service Pro, and a Service Manager. I have an ability with customers to deescalate frustrated situations
and to express urgency and importance of service. I am able to work well with coworkers, and lead in
management roles without causing employees to feel inferior or unimportant. My skills Include:
