MY TESTABLE QUESTION:
How long would it take for a sugar cube to weather using dripping water?
HYPOTHESIS
Does the surface area of a sugar cube effect the weathering when exposed to
dripping water because of how much more the water would have to go through to
finally brake through.
RATIONAL
My experiment will help society by giving more information on how fast weathering
happens so that building dont weather as fast.
MATERIALS
You will need:
A dropper
Water
11 packets of sugar cubes
2 containers
A notebook and pen
PROCEDURES
1- Set up two sugar cubes ( there can be more than two if wanted)
2- Drop drops of water till you see the surface of the sugar cubes start to weather.
3-Observe to see if there are other changes.
4-Write down the observations for each of the cubes.
5-Repeat 10 more times.
6-The compare results.

MY ANALYSIS
So for my analysis my average was 18.6 drops for cube A and 19.7 drops for cube B.
Also for trail 1 it was 16 drops and 22 drops for trail 10 of cube A, and for cube B trail
1 it was 19 drops and 31 on trail 10. In addition this data supports my hypothesis.
