The document discusses a reflection from observing activities at a kindergarten celebrating Flag Day. For the event, most students wore clothing related to their country's flag colors and happily shared the celebration with their teacher and friends. The teacher linked the day's lesson to the flag celebration, keeping the class more engaged than usual. At the playground, all students sang their national anthem together before returning to class, where the teacher drew flags on their faces. Over two weeks of observation, the author learned how to empower students positively and make them love learning, as well as how teachers support each other and divide responsibilities.

Day by day I learn from the observations those I did hoe to
deal with children and control the whole class. Last week we celebrate the flag day at kindergarten and they did many activities that promote the nationality in the children. Almost, of students wearing dress and clothing that related to the flag colors. And they were so happy to this event because I saw how they were interested to share this event with the teacher and friends. And I was happy too because I like the variety of sharing that made them love their country and influence them. I love the way that the teacher she linked with the lesson of the day as I saw the class was active more than other day. Then at 12:00pm they went to the playground area and all of the students were sinning the national anthem. After that, they go into their classes and the teacher draw a flag on their faces. I learned from these two weeks how to give the students positive power and make them love the place that they learn from it. Also, how the teachers deals to each other and how they divide their works between them.
