1- What are some strategies you use to manage misbehaviour?

Separate the child from the rest of the students..
2- How do you manage your time during the lesson?
She organize everything before the start of the class and she makes sure that everything is
prepared.
3- How do you differentiate between the different levels of the students and why?
She separate the levels and give them some worksheets for the high mental abilities and the low
mental abilities.
4- What is your favorite misbehaviour management strategy ?
She put the student in an empty class for 7 minutes after that she call him and tell him that he
shouldnt repeat it again.
5- Are you planning to have a reward system?
Yes, she reward him by giving him neackless that he can show to his parents.

6- How often do you meet with the parents and why?

Ones a trymister , to let their parents know about their achivment and behavior in class.
7- Is there a specific way to ensure that all the students respect you?
They dont misbehave a lot.
8- How close are you to your colleagues?
We have a nice relationship but its not to deep.
9- What kind of relationship do you have with the students? (ex: mutual respect- motherly
relationship- basic relationship- etc..)

We have a nice relationship with the students and whenever they needed me
Im their for them.

10- Do you meet with the principle often?

Yes, ones in a week.
11- describe the way you move the students from the class to the playground.
She tells them they should create 2 lines .
12- How long does it take you to prepare the children to move to another area?
It doesnt take for so long..
13- How do you move the students to the bus and make sure that they are safe ?
The bus super visor take them and she count all the children and she makes sure that everyone in
the bus.
14- How long have you been working in this kindergarten?

It is my 2 year now.
