Third Headless Body

Found in a Week
The headless body of a
Renraku employee was found on the
edge of Downtown. Like the two
earlier bodies, of an Aztechnology
and Evo employee, the head was not
recovered.
Knight Errant has assigned
its Special Crimes Task Force to the
case, flying them in from Detroit.
We are bringing all available
resources to bear on finding who is
behind these heinous crimes, said
SCTF Commander Abode. The FBI
is providing informational and
research support to KE.
KE and the corporations
involved have been extremely
careful about revealing information
about the cases. What is known is
that the victims were all mid-level
corporate employees and that their
heads have not been recovered.
There are rumors that there have
been other victims of the killer but
that they happened on megacorporate property and were not
reported to Knight Errant.
KE asked that anyone with
any information on these terrible
crimes contact them immediately.

Jack Entropy announces

California Senate Run
Rockstar Jack Entropy has
thrown his hat into the Senate race to
fill the seat of the retiring Jorge
Martinez (D) on the Libertarian ticket.
California needs one of its own
to stand tall in Washington. While music
is my first love, the people of California
are a close second, Entropy said during
his announcement which was followed
by a short concert.
Early polls put Entropy, well
loved in California for his local activism,
in a strong position.

Renraku Opens New Industrial

Fabricator in Tacoma
Renraku opened their new
159 Industrial Fabricator facility in
Tacoma to great fanfare after more
than sixteen months of construction.
The 159 Facility is a state
of the art production facility for all
of Renrakus North America lines,
said Renraku NA President Kimura
Takuya. We expect the facility to
be operational on a full 24/7
schedule within a month.
The 159 Facility will
directly provide 228 jobs and is
expected to generate an additional
two to three hundred supporting jobs
in Tacoma.
Plans are already being
made to expand the facility and
construction on the new wing is
expected to begin in 2072.

Seattle Stress hopes to defeat

Red Blood at Home
The Seattle Stress are
aiming to defeat the Moscow Red
Blood in their first match of 2072.
The Red Blood have been having a
killer season even if they are not
high in the rankings.
The Stress have no intention
of losing any of their star players to
the brutal play style of the Red
Blood. The Stress have been
training specifically to counter the
Red Bloods aggressive play style.
The game begins at 1pm on
Saturday and tickets are still
available.

Join the New Years

Celebration across Seattle
Multiple events are taking
place across Seattle to ring in the
New Year sponsored by the
Metroplex and various corporations
and civic organizations.
The major event is taking
place around the Space Needle and
will feature a full AR-enhanced
fireworks display provided by Ares
and multiple live performances
sponsored by Evo leading up to the
big event.
Rebel Entertainment is
having an open party in the
Touristville section of Redmond
featuring live music, events for
children and a fireworks display.
The NAN are hosting a
Lets be Better Neighbors in 72"
themed event on Council Island
Many other events are
planned across the Metroplex
catering to all styles of celebration.

Triad / Yakuza Violence on

Flare on the Docks
The low-level conflict that
had been simmering between the
Triads and Yakuza criminal groups
in Seattle broke into open violence
over the last week. Leaving at least
sixteen dead, fourteen of which were
associated with the gangs, and twelve
wounded. Knight Errant believes the
actual casualty figures are much
higher.
We are unsure what has
sparked this particular conflict, but
we suspect that enhanced interdiction
has forced them into heightened
competition, said KE Spokesperson
Anji Meriweather.
KE has stepped up patrols on
the docks in cooperation with the
Coast Guard.
