Several factors should be considered before choosing research instruments, including the
purpose of the research, type of research outcomes, methodology, resource availability, and
audience expectations. It is important to consider each factor sequentially. The purpose of the
research naturally leads to what type of research outcome should be measured, and the type of
methodology (qualitative, quantitative, or multiple methods) best suited for addressing the
outcome. Finally, resources and audience expectations should be taken into account as one
prepares to choose a specific research instrument.

Im agree with your opinion that every researcher have to make
sure that their survey fulfilled the research objectives, have
reliability and practically. The types of research instrument
should have all the characteristics to fulfill the research
objectives.

Salam Sejahtera Norlelawati,
I am confused with your opinion. Where is the factor to
determine types of research instruments we should use in our
study? You should be more specific in your opinion about this
topic.

Salam Sejahtera Nurul Huda,
There is a truth in your reference stated but your sentence is
confusing. The sentence is not complete and some of it just
came out from nowhere. The facts are there but it is not
properly array.
