The City of Cape Coral and the City of Cape Coral


Municipal Charter school system will celebrate the
life of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. (1929 1968) by
holding the second Martin Luther King Day
Celebration on Monday, January 18 at Oasis High
School.
Awards will be presented to the student winners of
essay and art contests addressing the following quote
from Dr. King: " Love is the only force capable of
transforming an enemy into a friend."
Parents that attend will receive 3 volunteer hours for
the event.

They will be collecting pasta and


pasta sauce for the month of January.
