    TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN


    This is hereby to state that Mr. Alish Gurung worked in this NGO as a
    Program Coordinator from 2nd January, 2015 to July, 2015. He worked for
    full time in the company during this period and earned an average of NRs.
    20000 (including Basic Salary, Traveling and Daily allowances, and
    Incentives) per month from the company.

    Mr. Gurung found to be very sincere, honest and hard-working during his
    tenure in the company. He has acquired a great deal of knowledge on NGO
    Services and its marketing. His knowledge on facilitating the event, Motivating
    volunteers and Coordinating with other relevant organization and working experience in
    the field would be an asset for his professional ambition in every future
    endeavor.

    To the best of my knowledge, Mr. Gurung bears an excellent moral character,


    good analytical capability and good command in English language. So, I fill
