This is to certify that Ms. Maria Lizetta Manago-Cruz rendered
volunteer work with The Great Physician Rehabilitation Foundation
(GPRehab) as a behavioral interventionist, from November 15, 2010
until July 28, 2014, rendering work for certain periods of time (not
continuously). This she did after undergoing training on Behavioral
Intervention conducted in the same institution by David Eisenhart, an
Applied Behavioral Analysis Therapist and Peace Corps Volunteer.
As a volunteer, Ms. Manago was very conscientious, rendering
service to our children-beneficiaries with dedication and commitment.
She was able to work independently but was very open to ideas from
others in the team. She was also very creative in her approach to her
work and mostly achieved the goals that she had set for her childrenclients.
Given her skills, attitudes and work ethic, Ms. Manago will surely
be an asset in any facility that will employ her.
This certification is issued to Ms. Manago, this 30 th day of March
