Ingredients

DOUGH
2 cups flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
tsp. salt
1 cup milk
cup butter (room temperature)

TOPPINGS
pizza sauce
cheese
OPTIONAL
pepperoni, ham, salami
peppers
onions
mushrooms


DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 425oF and line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large mixing bowl combine all dough ingredients and stir until all ingredients are
combined and form into a ball. (If too sticky, add flour if too dry, add milk)
3. Separate the dough into equal pieces (however many pizzas you would like to make).
4. Sprinkle flour onto a rolling pin and the counter and lay the dough one at a time.
5. Roll out the dough until desired thickness and lay on the baking sheet.
6. Continue steps 4 & 5 until all pizzas are made.
7. Bake pizza dough for approximately 7 minutes and remove from oven.
8. Spread pizza sauce onto dough.
9. Add toppings. Sprinkle cheese on top.
10. Bake pizzas for another 6 8 minutes (until golden brown).
