This unit specifies the outcomes required to supervise implementation of
administration processes relating to residential and commercial construction
projects.
The ability to administer payments, supervise on-site communications, ensure
compliance with quality control and complete record keeping processes is essential
By completing this unit you will satisfy the following elements of competency in the
correct context, including critical aspects of evidence and required knowledge and
skills. You will be able to:
1. Element 1 Supervise the administration of claims and payment process
2. Element 2 Supervise and maintain on-site communications
3. Element 3 Ensure management of and compliance with quality control
procedures
4. Element 4 Complete project administration processes
