Genio Group is a Hong Kong-based educational social venture with a mission to
provide affordable, convenient and effective learning support to secondary and
primary students. ENGRID Mobile Coaching is our service that creates a second
language environment for students to practice using English in daily lives on
WhatsApp, website and mobile apps.

We are currently recruiting volunteer online coaches. Undergraduates, preferably but
not limited to those studying English education program or related fields, are
cordially invited to join us.

Job description
l Mark short writings with our ENGRID Error Codes
l Give feedback and study tips based on the writings marked
l Provide English learning exercises to students regularly with the data provided
by Genio Group
l A 10-minute phone call with each student per week
l Service hours: 10 hours per week (include 10 minutes phone call session with
students per week)

Qualifications
l Good oral and written communication skills in English
l Ability to work cooperatively and courteously with others
l Good organization skills
