Discipline Plan
Rules:
1. Raise your hand when you have a question or comment
2. Treat all others in classroom with respect (peers,
teachers, and guests)
3. Remain seated, unless given permission otherwise
4. Follow directions
5. ALWAYS try your best!
Consequences:
First Warning: Verbal warning
2nd Warning: 5 minute break, come back when student is
ready
Third Warning: Recess time taken away, conference with
teacher
Fourth Warning: Call home, possible conference with
principal or parents
Whole Class Behavior:
Students receive a warm fuzzy in a jar whenever they are
complimented in the hall, no one gets timeout during the
specials, or have a good day with a sub. Once they receive
20 warm fuzzies, the class will get prize of their choice. (such
as a class dodgeball game)
Individual Behavior:
Students will be given money when they are being a good
student. This includes turning in assignments on time,
working quietly, or being nice to other classmates. Money is
given out at the teachers discretion. Students can use their
money to pay for items in the class shop on Fridays.
Students may only go to class shop if they have turned in all
homework during the week.
