Strengths
You have created a musically successful sixteen bar harmonic minor chord
progression including:
One 7th chord
3 extended chords
At least one non-diatonic chord
There are however quite a few errors with your roman numerals.

Improvements

Bar 1, 8 and 12 is a minor chord check your roman numeral

Check your Roman numeral in Bar 3, i am assuming this is your nondiatonic chord?
Roman numeral in bar 4 is wrong (This is a major chord)
Bar 5 and 12 is an augmented chord this needs to be identified in your
roman numeral
Bar 9 is not a chord ii check this and change your roman numeral
Bar 11 check the inversion of your chord
Bar 15 is a diminished chord this needs to be identified in your roman
numeral

To push this to a distinction could you maybe add a bass line to your piece to
emphasise the tonic a little more and give it a more practical setting. The chords
work well together they can just be connected better.
You also need a recording of your chord progression once it is correct to give it a
practical setting.
