Accomplishment Report

I woke up early in the morning. It was 6am and I feel so excited. April 11,
2011 has come and its the day of my first job. I was getting so fired up. I go down
stairs and take a shower. After I take my shower, breakfast and ready to go. I was
so nervous knowing that I dont have any clues what to do? Or what should I do?
Questions started to pump out in my mind when I heard someone calling me. It
was my aunt, telling me that we should go because it was already 7am. She told me
that I have to attend the orientation first because there were some instructions
about the SPES program that will be given to us.
The orientation was held at the office of PJAC. I saw a lot of students like
me wanting to have a summer job to earn enough income to support ourselves. The
orientation started at 8am. The facilitator start talking in front of us telling us all
the information and all the instructions they wanted to give to us. 1pm in the
afternoon came and the time for the room (office) assignments was announced I
was assigned in the PS office or Procurement Services office. When I came in the
PS office I was welcomed by the people working there. I met Jay, Jackie, Randy,
Eva and the service depot manager Maam Emma Uy. There are a lot of things I
learned in PS office, things that I havent done before in my life. I was very
thankful to the SPES program, PJAC and to the Provincial Capitol office, that I
was part of this program. Because of this I learned something very important and
remarkable to me, and that is how to be responsible, independent and how to work
hard. Thank You.
