Air Collapsing Frame

The Primary Nip Air Board Collapser is a unique Battenfeld Gloucester design which significantly reduces film drag in the
collapsing process by utilizing an air flotation frame which cushions the bubble and prevents film deformation during collapsing. The system uses blowers to provide an air cushion to two collapsing frames and two air flotation side guides which
eliminates bagginess and scratching caused by film drag.
