CHAPTER 5: CONCLUSION

5.1 Introduction
This chapter is the continuity from the previous chapters. In this chapter, the
researcher will discuss overall about the result obtained from the analysis of and
further to give recommendations for Perniagaan Ten Yik Sdn Bhd in order to
improve their warehouse operation become more systematic.

5.2 Conclusion
As a conclusion, this study shows all the objectives that have been planned
before achieved and completed by doing this research. This project is beginning
with observing, understanding and defining the current inventory tracking system
flow in the warehouse of the Perniagaan Ten Yik Sdn Bhd
As compare to previous inventory manangement system used by
company, it can be clearly seen that the efficiency of the working was improve
significantly. For instance, the use of barcode in handling for recording ingoing
and outgoing product increases the efficiency in inventory management system.
Searching product quantity and product location workers only requires to
scanned the bar code and the information and detail will be show in the system.
As compare to manual entering, it will much more time efficient.
Next, the enhanced of security module allow the managerial position
staff to manipulate the user access privilege according to their experiences to
avoid any serious mistake done by newly recruited staff. When a new user was
created in the system by manager, the manager is require to grant the
permission to the user account to allow the user to access to the page granted
otherwise they will not be able to access to the system. These allow the
managerial staff to limit the ability of new user activity within the system. As the

user gain more experience, managerial can grant them more access privilege.
This in return increases the maintainability of the system security.
