Psionics

Psioncs are a mental power that comes from the minds ability to focus Essence Points (EP). Not a new talent
but rather one that man let fall by the wayside. There is a small chance that any normal person has Psionics. To see if
you have them add 03 to your Wisdom Score. That total is what you need to roll under. (IE Your Wisdom Score is 13
plus 03 equals 16. You have a 16% chance that you have a Psionic talent.) For your second talent cut the first number in
half and roll under that. (08% or under will be your second talent.) If you get that talent you can roll for a third, forth
and so on. (At 04%, 02%, and 01%) Once you fail one roll you must stop trying. Now that you know how many talents
you will be getting you need to roll on the chart below to see what ones develop.

People with Psionic powers are able to see Lay lines. Lay lines are long thin trails of essence that usually
form over areas of the earth. They can be as long as several miles or as short as 30 feet. If a line can be found a psionic
power can draw from the line instead of the person. It takes one turn to tap into the line before it can be used. When two
lines cross each other it is called a sense node. Lines hold 2- 40 EP. Nodes hold 5-60 EP.
