Hello my name is Alex Nettleton and I am a Business-Accounting student at Fanshawe
College. First of all, I would like to thank you for viewing my e-portfolio. The purpose of
this portfolio is to give you a look in to my past, explain where I am in the present and
outline my goals for the future. Throughout this portfolio you will see that I am a very
hard working, technical, optimistic and organized individual.
I have worked for moving companys and worked for farmers; though, I spent most of
my time working construction for a drainage company in Chatham. I started off as a
general labourer and within a couple months I worked my way up to operating the hydro
vac truck. I was able to climb my way up the ladder so quickly by working harder than
anyone else was willing to. On top of that I went to work every day with a positive
attitude and a smile on my face. Although these jobs may seem unrelated to the field
that I am currently pursuing, they have taught me how to work hard and be an active
member of a team.
I have excellent work ethic, technical skills and communication skills. I work very well in
a team environment and bring a ton of positive energy in to the work place. For anyone
viewing this and searching for a new team member I am ready to learn. You cant go
wrong by giving me a call. I can promise that I will come to work every day with a
positive attitude and incredible work ethic.
