Dear families,
I would like to welcome you all to the new school
year! I am confident that this year will bring new
knowledge and joy to not only your children, but
to you as well. Welcome to Kindergarten! I am
looking forward to getting to know you and your
child and working together to help your child
succeed! As parents and guardians, I understand
that you are the most important teachers in your
childs life and it is with that understanding that I
appreciate the role that you and I each play in the
partnership to your child achieving the goals set
forth for him or her. I have written an introduction
letter to your child about myself but I would like to
take this opportunity to give you a brief overview
as well. I want to introduce myself and let you
know a little about me as I will be spending a lot of
time with your children. My name is Nicole Ermilio.
I have been pursuing teaching for many years now.
I have my Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood
Education. I obtained my Associate's degree from
College of DuPage and my Bachelor's from Lewis
University. Teaching is my passion. I am very
creative in my teaching styles and enjoy
incorporating art and stories into my lessons. My
hobbies include painting and traveling. I have
three d0gs, Samson, Toews, and Trixie. I also have
a betta fish named Tiny! As you can see, I am a
huge animal lover. My goal is to teach children
things that will help them be successful
throughout life, not only educational lessons, but
life lessons as well. I want this to be an enjoyable
year for all of my students but also a productive,
challenging and encouraging year. I hope your
children will enjoy the year as much as I will and I
can't wait to meet you. If you have any questions,
