This letter confirms your employment with Successive Software as Accounts

Executive. Your full-time employment starting date will be 4th April, 2016.
During the initial 3 month period, you will be on probation and upon appropriate
performance review; you might be eligible to join the company as a regular
employee. The probation is a trial period during which your character and
abilities will be tested to see whether you are suitable to work with the company.
Depending upon your performance your salary will be increased, on completion
of probation period. Your compensation will include a gross salary of INR
144000 paid annually and its break up is enclosed herewith in Annexure A of
Employee Obligation.
In accepting this offer of employment, you agree that after you leave the
company, you will not work directly, or indirectly, as an employee, subcontractor, owner, co-owner of a business, or in any other form, for the
company's client for whom you have provided services and that this restrictive
covenant will be in force for a period of twelve months after your employment
with the company ends.
