What we
are learning this
week:
Reading: We will continue to read Peters
Chair by Ezra Jack Keats. We will practice
making text to text connections and text to
self connections while continuing to build
fluency.
Math: We will begin our continuation of
fractions by starting division of a whole
group into equal parts. We will read The
Doorbell Rang and discuss dividing a set
into equal groups of the same amount.
Writing: We will have our writing celebration
to end our unit on our informational texts.
Then, we will kick off our How To writing
using inspiration from our trip to LaRosas.
Social Studies: We will continue our unit on
landforms and geography.
