Phonics Focus

Reading: We will read the text Frog and

Toad Together in the Garden. We will
practice retelling the story and making text
to self connections.
Math: We will work to develop our
understanding of place value. We will solve
story problems that involves grouping by tens
and determining left over ones.
Writing: We will begin research for our
shared writing experience about penguins. We
will use the facts to compile our book which
we will publish.
Social Studies: We will continue to explore
the many ways that objects can change.
