Whether student or work-study, I have known Susan for

nearly two years. While helping grade assignments
under her as a Mathematics Grading Assistant, me and
Susan collaborated together to figure out areas students
struggled with and how to resolve those difficulties.

I have known Tim for about a year and we first met

when Susan wanted to encourage a math group to form
outside of class. While routinely checking up to make
sure tutors are on duty, Tim discusses with me his
thoughts to figure out the times when the demand for
tutors arise and if I am capable of assisting the students
seeking these tutors.
