I am pleased to recommend Ms. Andreastar Traut as an excellent teacher candidate.

Andreastar has recently completed her ten-week student teaching experience at
Northwoods School in Cook, Minnesota, in a 4th-grade classroom.

During this student teaching experience, I have observed growth in Andreastar’s

teaching confidence. She genuinely wants to help students learn and is very
confident in her background knowledge of her teaching subjects. Andreastar was
organized, had detailed written lesson plans, and was always prepared. Observing
Andreastar teach and grow confidence in her style has been remarkable. I would use
the following professional characteristics to describe Ms. Traut: driven to improve
student outcomes, patient, and inclusive of all learning styles.

Ms. Traut is a skilled math teacher. Every lesson I observed included clear learning
targets, multiple methods, and relevant practice. She is always available to provide
follow-up support to individual students.

Ms. Traut is a committed educator willing to contribute positively to whichever school
