CONCLUSION

Within my training period, I was able to understand many aspects of civil engineering, related to
building construction. As well as the technological aspects, I was exposed for areas such as labour
distribution, labour handling, communications with the authorities etc. The training period helped me
to be aware of the practical applications of the theories that I have learned & I was able to understand
the theories well.
In my point of view, the industrial training period is the critical period of the course, as we are exposed
to the environment that we are supposed to work in the future as professionals. It is the trainees
responsibility to make the maximum out of them within this period.
The seminars organized by NAITA gave a more understanding of how to obtain a good training.
The trainees are given their training establishments by their own choice. Therefore, it is better if they
can gain a prior understanding about the firms, hence they can make a successful choice. Also Im
satisfying my 1st sixth month training period at Sierra Construction(pvt)ltd.
